Tropiques-Atrium, the Martinique temple of culture. A major player in Martinique’s culture since 1998, the national stage Tropiques-Atrium was born from the fusion of the Martinique Center for Cultural Action and Atrium Martinique, an organizer of cultural events. For almost a quarter of a century, the quality of the shows has remained the same as the comfort of the facilities expected by the public.

It offers you an amazing program each year based on a selection of works and artists from both the local area and the international artistic scene, with cultural diversity being the guiding word to describe this exceptional cultural venue.
Tropiques-Atrium, to relax and learn
Over time, Tropiques-Atrium has become one of the must-see places in Fort-de-France, offering an outstanding selection of art in all its forms with 160 performances a year to satisfy and delight Martinique audiences.
You can consult and download the programming on the Tropiques-Atrium website.
In addition, Tropiques-Atrium’s cultural action is also to promote and support all artists by taking into account the different issues and challenges related to the territory. That is why collaborations with other cultural structures of the Territorial Collectivity of Martinique, municipalities or even culture offices have been set up.
Also with many other structures and municipalities, all working for culture in Guadeloupe.
These collaborations have three objectives: supporting artistic creation, dynamizing culture within the different territories and finally increasing the cultural offer for the public while raising awareness of art and culture in general.
The cultural space comprises two halls: the Aimé Césaire hall with 958 seats and the Frantz Fanon hall with 276 seats. It also has spaces dedicated to artistic and digital creation as well as a bar-restaurant.
