JM Distillery: An exceptional agricultural estate benefiting from the proximity to Mount Pelée

An actively volcanic Mount Pelée overlooks the agricultural estate founded by Antoine Leroux-Préville. This volcano, still active, has experienced minor eruptions and signs of activity, notably in 1929 and 2010, but it was particularly in 1902 that the volcanic activity was significantly destructive, devastating the city of Saint-Pierre in its path.

It's possible to approach Mount Pelée through a hike that unveils the traces of lava and magma flows.
