Anse Trabaud: Challenging Access to Reach the Beach

Prepare for a bit of a journey to reach Anse Trabaud beach, but it's worth the effort. Before reaching it, you'll traverse a rough, rocky path of about 4 km, making it quite difficult to navigate.

If you decide to walk, you'll arrive in about half an hour. It's a sublime walk along the coast and the Savane des Pétrifications, starting from the cove and leading up to Prunes.

By car, the journey takes about fifteen minutes. You'll reach a parking area behind the beach. To access the beach, you'll need to cross private property and pay a fee of 2.50 euros.

There are specific hours: from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and visitors must leave by 6:00 PM. As it's not easily accessible, this place tends to be less crowded. You'll have the chance to fully enjoy this long stretch of sandy beach.

Anse Trabaud Sainte Anne: Activities for Everyone

Relaxation, strolls, picnics, naturism, surfing or bodyboarding, there's something for everyone! Numerous small trees line the entire length of the beach.

Perfect for finding shaded spots to relax or have a meal. Tables and benches are available for visitors. Bring your own drinks and food as there are no restaurants nearby.

There are some waves, delighting surfers and bodyboarding enthusiasts. Despite slightly choppy waters, swimming remains enjoyable. This secluded beach is appreciated by naturists; naturism is tolerated here, so don't be surprised if you encounter it.
