The beach of Raisiniers, to discover in La Trinité, on the Atlantic coast in the North East of Martinique. The beach of the Raisiniers is a pretty beach located at the entry of the village of Trinité.
Raisiniers Beach: A Practical and Nearby Beach
Raisiniers Beach is a white sandy beach that offers a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. It gets its name from the shrubs that line the beach: the seaside raisiniers.
The beach is quite extensive, but if you're looking for shade, it's best to arrive early. Since there is little vegetation on the beach, shaded areas are scarce. It's worth mentioning that the beach is located by the roadside and can be lively and crowded during the day.
For example, there is a fire station nearby. A rescue center is also located next to Raisiniers Beach, good to know in case of an accident.
While it may not have the most beautiful setting or panorama in Martinique, it is still very much appreciated by the locals. It's a meeting place where you can take an aquagym class, exercise by the sea, or simply splash around in the water with friends.
Generally, Raisiniers Beach is less crowded on weekdays (outside of school holidays) and a bit more crowded on weekends.
Raisiniers Beach has local fame because it is the arrival point for boats during the famous Tour des Yoles in Martinique.
